I've been through the pain and frustration of multiple back injuries. It took a long time to figure out how to work, live, and play without being limited by pain, metabolic issues, and inefficient motor-control, but it is well worth it.Now I focus on helping others expand their abilities and enjoy fitness in the mountains, no matter where we're starting from.

Sam Bee shreds and sings but his health was leading him to the point where he couldn't perform.He decided to take action and do something about it.
